The Cookbook allows you to create Recipes and Meals.

Meals tend to be personal. Mostly they are selections of foods regularly eaten together – for example breakfast, with staple choices such as coffee, a probiotic, oats, honey, Greek yoghurt, banana, berries. Setting this regular combo up as a meal allows speedy entry into the food diary.

Recipes can be downloaded from the Just Routine selection or you can add your own. Give them a name, note the servings, even add an image - you can load the ingredients and amounts from the database as well as including the method.

Once saved, share with friends and family using Just Routine.
